I had the yummiest, easiest filling dinner tonight...
unteins and I made yummy diet mexican food. We first took 98% fat free tortilla shells (1 point each, according to Weight Watchers) and put them in a nonstick frying pan until crisper. To get them really crispy, put them in the oven. Then we spread on Fat free vegetarian refried beans (3.5 points for the whole can, what a bargain!) Put on Fat free cheddar cheese (1 point per 1/4 cup), tomatoes and lettuce (0 points) and a few onions (not enough for a point). To make it yummier, we put onions and garlic in our refried beans. We like garlic with anything... it's yummmmmmy! After eating 3 of those (10 points total), I'm so stuffed. And, it was easy to make, to boot.
There is 3.5 weeks til the big wedding day. I really would like to lose 6.5 pounds before the big day. That is REALLY a lot for me, so I need to eat low point food and exercise. The key is to try and find time to exercise. Today I took it easier and did DDR for 45-60 min as my exercise. At least that is fun. Tomorrow I think I have to go to the gym... yuck!
