Worker Bees
So I got the unruly job of sitting in the costume room waiting for commands to blare over the speakers of my walkie-talkie's headset. "151 8-10" I'm so tired of getting that damn Darth Vader costume. And the Clone Troopers. Number 138. WE're out of the medium size right now. But nobody ever looks at the sizes and which sizes/costumes say "Coming Soon". Come on people. If it says "Coming Soon" accross the picture, do you think that MAYBE we don't have it? ARg.
And you know you work to much when someone asks you what number the Ariel costume is and you can say "Oh, that's 113. And Aurora's number, 114, and after that is the Bad Spirit." I need a break.
Don't get me wrong, I love my job. I love seeing the little kids try on ntheir masks, their costumes, walk out with happy faces because it's only september and they've gotten their Halloween costume already.
So tomorrow, and the day after that, and after that, I go back, forever anticipating "151 8-10, 138 4-6, and 144 10-12."
By the way. 144 is the crypt master...Yeah, I work to much.
