Physical Appearance: Tanned (naturally); crystal blue eyes; mop of brown hair, sun-streaked with blonde; tall, rather gangly (5'2"); medium weight (about 100 lbs).
History: A true Cali boy, coming from a normal family, Josiah met Nixara on the walk home from school one day and soon they were friends. When she ran away, he took her in. He could feel her anger and pain at seeing her mother go so far downhill and took pity on the girl. He was devastated when she left, and his sensitivity to other's feelings completely vanished and he almost forgot about the feeling. He hardly even noticed how easily he took to water. Josiah, during a day of surfing, completely fell over and off his board, into the water. He should have drowned, but when he reached the shore, he told a wild story of never even feeling the water, as though he had been placed in a bubble. Then was when the agents from The Brain Trust found him and took him with them, after allowing him to change from his surfing gear. He's now been there for just a little bit over a week.
