The guys at my house and I have been making a few batches here and there this year. Our batch this time was a wicked brown ale. It ended up taking a long time to "mature" and ferment (cause it was so cold in the house), but now...7 weeks later and it's perfect.
Now I get to sit back and enjoy a tall glass while I start my homework.
