Just came back from London where I went for 4 and half days to visit my pregnant sister. She's getting pretty frustrated because she wants the baby to come, and she is feeling the beginnings of labour.
We (my other sister and I) spent much of the time watching tv (my sister has sky so there were many things to watch) and went to the shops, and also went to see The Lion King theatre production. It was amazing! As soon as it began I got goosebumps. Usually I spend the time thinking about all of the negative things, but this time I was just entirely absorbed. They used many lines from the film (which I know off by heart due to an obsession from toddler to age 11) and many songs from the soundtrack that are not actually in the film that I recognised.
Wonderful!

Also, on the way back from that, my (non-pregnant) sister and I spotted Matt Berry standing right next to us on the train. I was just thinking how weird it'd be to see someone famous! And how strange that it was someone we recognise, from shows that we like. He was in the IT crowd, The Mighty Boosh and also in the "bring on the trumpets" advert.

Yesterday we saw The Time Travellers Wife in the cinema and it was a lot better than I thought it'd be. I thought it'd just be Claire complaining the entire time but it focussed on him more than I thought it would.

Today as we came back, we had to go on the tube for a while and it was so hot, I felt like I was going to faint. I'm just glad we weren't on there for that long. The train ride home took 2 hours and it was very nice and relaxing. I just listened to Alice in Chains and looked at the sky which was beautiful with the perfect light as the sun started to go down (I have this thing with the sky where I just stare. It's probably because where I live it's usually entirely overcast). I started to feel unusually content and got feelings I used to when I was little, of loving the whole universe (thinking in my head "I want to hug the entire universe". It was like my orange juice was spiked). It was very weird and wonderful. There were feelings like the ones I get in the wonderful dreams I have, dreams of adventure and fantasy.

The only thing is I was missing Mimi the entire time, but when I got home she didn't recognise my smell that much and hissed at me at one point.
Now I just have to watch Dollhouse - I didn't know there was one more episode!
