tonight was the "portraits of the new world" jsyo concert. it was alright, but we didn't get to go to the landing which sucked, so we just sat there playing cards until we performed. then i ate a whole bunch of junk food with colton, kevin, emily, and michelle, and this really hot french horn player. one of my future fellow oboe/english horn players was telling me all about DA and he says he'll take care of me so i won't get lost. he says he'll make sure i get into symphonic band too (their highest band) and i'm really excited about that. i'm so excited about DA i can't sit still. if you shot me right now i'd still be happy. unless i died. but whatever..i'm going to oboe camp this summer. it'll be fun and my friend michelle is going so we can be roomies. i think maybe i have rambled about oboes enough for tonight...
