Where do I go from here? literally
Since I'm not getting into the shipyard, it pretty much means I have no time constraints as far as taking my vacation. So the question is, "Where do I go for my vacation?!" I'd certainly like to go back to CT, and maybe get a chance to see New York. Depends on how things are going up Nawth. I wouldn't want to get in the way.
Also, I talked to Sarah over AIM the other day, and I got her number, her cell number, and Matt's cell number. I tried calling their home phone and got their answering machine, but I'll try and call again some other time. I wouldn't mind going back to Cleveland again, either. Not that I've been invited back yet :D But that would give me two trips, five days apiece, seven if I center it around weekends.
I spent the $300 I got from my tax returns, plus another $100 on student loans. I have about $650 left and I plan on putting almost/hopefully all of my next paycheck into the SLs. Once I get all that paid off, I'm going to look into planning for the future. Maybe get into mutual funds. At the very least, I'm going to start putting money aside. Again. It seems like whenever I get money put aside, something always goes wrong, and I have to fix my car, or fix my dog, or something. It's always something, trying to take my booty from me. Arrrr!
