I have just learned that The Dark Is Rising will be made into a movie. This is both good and bad. Good because, well, I am in total love with this book and I must confess Will and Bran were my childhood crushes. However this could be bad, because, well, they are making a movie out of one of the best series ever. The potential for disaster is monstrous.

As of right now I think that I will just cross my fingers and hope for the best.
