Braeden didn't bother replying, just put his computer up on his bed and typed a quick note informing whoever was bound to burst into his room at some point of his whereabouts.
Then with the typical pop, he Apparated right at the front door of the Jacobs residence. (Damn that place was impressive.) He rang the bell, hoping Cecilia would get to the door before one of the annoying house elves did.

Thankful that she got to the door before Twilly did. She flattened out her dress and fixed her bangs. Cecilia then, pushed the house elf out of the way and pulled open the door.
"Hello," she greeted, a smile on her face.

"Admit it." Nevermind greetings, really.

She rose a perfectly manicured eyebrow and leaned herself casually against the door jam. With her hands crossed against her chest she regarded him curiously.
"Admit what?" she asked him innocently.

"You totally want me," he said smugly, repeating the words he had typed minutes earlier with a barely suppressed smirk-leaning-toward-amused-grin.

She didn't much feel like admitting it yet. Instead, she bit down on her bottom lip as if really considering the matter.
"I do?" she asked. "No, I do believe you--" she paused to mimic his word exactly, "totally want me."

"Hmm. I dunno," he answered finally, pushing himself off the door frame and standing up straight. "I'll have to think about it." This was probably as close to admitting anything of the sort as he would ever come, at least out loud and to her face. He did have some dignity, after all.
