A resident who claims she is not drunk is repeatedly walking by my door, waving her skirt up and down because she believes that her skirt looks like a jellyfish. She is walking by my door so that I can see that her skirt does in fact look like a jellyfish...I repeat that she claims that she hasn't been drinking at all...and for some odd reason, I believe her...
