(no subject)
Got back from Gainesville just after 1 this morning, didn't get to sleep till after 2 though... I got into watching The Matrix with one of the commentaries. I think I'm watching those movies too much... o_o
I got off from work about 5 after 7 and started heading toward the interstate, just as I was getting off of Commerce Blvd a cop pulled me over. Said I was doing 30mph over the speed limit, rolled thru a stop sign, had fake tags, and a whole list of other stuff. Oh and on top of that I didn't have my proof of insurance(cause I had just gotten it that day) and my registration wasn't in my car(was cleaning my car out and forgot to put it back in). He had a list of like 7 violation and told me he could have arrested me for driving so fast (60+ in a 30 zone), but from some reason he let me go with a warning. To whatever gods are listening THANK YOU!
Once I got to Gainesville, Nispero and I went to dinner at Sandy's Place. Was a local bar and grill serving both American and Greek food. I had something called Souvlaki, I think it was lamb with pita bread, a Greek salad, and freedom fries(no they didn't call them that but I love that term ^_^). The food was great and the Karaoke wasn't too horrible, and some of the people were actually half way decent.
After dinner we watched Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Battlestar Galactica, was a good night, so much better than being at home with my dad... he's always bitchy after being at the airport all day. So a big thank you goes to Nispero for saving my Friday night!
Any way, today I got woken up around 8am by horrible Christian music being blasted by my mom in the living room, so I maybe got 7 hours of sleep last night, I feel so dead. I'm also getting sick again too, throat feels sore and my nose is stuffy. I hope I didn't pass this on to Nispero or anyone else. I got this about 2 weeks ago and it's been on and off since then. Ah well, my immune system may seem to suck but I'm sure this is could be allot worse than what I'm feeling.
This afternoon there is a meet in Jacksonville, dinner and bowling. Its fox_dude’s birthday so I'm thinking about going, would also like to see merashallan and a few other people again. That's all at 6pm so I still have some time to make up my mind.
