new post, yay
I haven't made a real post to my journal in awhile so I thought I would make an update while I was at work.
I passed all 3 of my classes, scores are as follows:
Class: Grade: Computer Applications B Elementary Algebra
C Psychology C
I think I did fairly well for slacking off as much as I did. I'm just really happy that I passed my math class. Only for out of the origonal 16 students made it to the final, we lost most at the state exam but atleast 4 of them droped at midterm. For the summer I signed up to take Intermediate Algebra (Summer A) and Philosophy and Religion (Summer B). Only problem is that I'm on the waiting list for both of those classes, I'm 1st in line for Algebra and 4th for Philosophy. Hopefully I'll get into both of them. Once I finish the Algebra class I'll be able to finally take College Algebra 1 & 2, and once Philosophy is done I'll have retaken all the classes I failed last yer (the other two being Computer Apps and Psychology).
Now on to the job front...
Still haven't heard anything from Humboldt County except for that post card 2 weeks ago. They did say it could take up to 6 weeks to get a final answer, but I'm kind of getting tired of waiting. Me moving out to California is really hingeing on this job so it's kind of stressful just sitting here with everything up in the air... While on the subject of jobs I thougth I would mention that I changed my work schedule here at Client Logic. Starting on monday I'll be pulling 10 hour shifts 4 days a week. It will be a big change for me, going from part time back to full time. But I think it will be a better use of my time, and will keep me from sitting at home wasteing my time. With this new schedule I'll have either a doposit on an dappartment or a down payment on a car in just afew months.
Well, I guess that is all for now.. Maybe I'll update again from home when I have more time.
