Thanksgiving
There has been quite a lapse since my last update, lots of stuff taking up my time and not a lot of contact with the internet. I got home last night at 1:30 a.m. after leaving the Cities at 9:30 p.m. after finishing work. I didn't really get tired but I got pulled over coming out of Verndale. at about 12:30. 13 mph over the speed limit.. I didn't get a ticket, the cop didn't even run my license. He spent 5 min asking me some questions and then let me go. I think he was just gald to see that I wasn't drunk.
I made a great dinner today..... really..... one for the books (Jess: I grilled the turkey..... yes it can be done)
I have another job. As of last week I work as a cook for the soon to open Pine Street Grill in Chaska. I'm nervous to see how this new venture is going to turn out. This will technically be the first commercial kitcken I've worked in. It should be a pretty nice restaurant though, you peoples should check it out
In other news, I've offically lost 20 lbs since moving to the Cities. I don't really know how it happened or where I was hiding it but I've lost it and now all though expensive Polo jeans I bought at Herberger's look like Hammer pants on me.
I've have to go play cards with the family now, YIPEE!!!
