Week 6: Seattle Seahawks 24, New England Patriots 23 (3-3) (Sunday, October 14, 2012)

Awful! Tom and the offense were clicking in the first half and they still had a lead with 9 minutes and change to go in the fourth quarter and they blew it. The secondary, our weak link for several years, STILL SUCKS!!! They can't stop anybody. The front seven do a good job but if your secondary's weak, you're burned like toast. They make mediocre and rookie quarterbacks look like freakin' Tom Brady back there.

Not that Tom gets off without criticism. TWO interceptions? TWO intentional grounding penalties, one of which took a sure 3 points off the board before halftime? Urgh!!! And the coaching was suspect, too.

This is a game that the Pats should have won, but scoring 1 TD in seven trips to the red zone doesn't cut it. Former Pats HC Pete Carroll (now Seattle's HC) won this one, for sure.

So, the AFC East? All 3-3! Everyone but the Patriots won yesterday. Next week the Jets come to Gillette. Should be interesting!
