A clone, made in Cadmus Labs, with invulnerable skin. Maybe, just maybe, it was never about making a LEX clone at all!

Anyways, all speculation about clones aside, I totally loved this episode. Those fan vids were a fabulous touch.

Those evil minds at Cadmus! ;)

I loved the way Clark smiled when he was watching those vids. He was really touched, the sweetie. :)

Did you know that the website testimonials were fanmade videos? The producers ran a contest and selected some of the best. I loved those! It was a great shout-out to the fans and a beautiful moment to see Clark realize how much he means to people.

I liked this episode much, much better than last week's. I loved that Clark is starting to figure out that it's time for him to come out in public, and time for him to get those glasses already.

I think it is interesting that they blew up the talon a few episodes back and have now burned down the Luthor mansion. I think you're right that they're making a point about Clark's ties to Smallville being blown up/burned down this year.

And I have no idea what to think about CloneLex, except the popular theory of him being Kon-El, which is weird. But I'll be relieved if he doesn't become the real Lex, because I'm sure the real Lex can't actually be dead and I want them to bring him back properly, goshdarnit!

I didn't know that! How cool! :)

I love the glasses! I find cute guys in glasses incredibly sexy. :)

I think that the ties being cut are by Lex, because Clark will always return to Smallville when things get to be too much and regain his strength from the farm and town. Lex was connected to The Talon and the Mansion, and it's symbolic how both of those burned down. But he'll always have a piece of Smallville with him. :)

I'd love to see the real Lex back! :)
