Since these notes turned out to be too voluminous for the header on this story, I decided to make a separate entry and link from the header. First chapter up soon!

This story is a crossover between my Fedora Fandoms, Public Enemies and Shutter Island. ;) I got the idea for it as soon as I left the theater after viewing Shutter Island for the ( Read more... )

I'm really looking forward to this - I finally watched SI about two weeks ago and loved it. I still haven't watched PE, even though I got the DVD for Christmas! So many movies, so little time...maybe I can get it watched this week-end.

Thank you! :)

I hope to get the first chapter up today, but if not, definitely shooting for this weekend. :)

SI was pretty awesome, wasn't it? :)

And PE will be fun when you get the chance to see it! :)

Still haven't SEEN the movie "Shutter Island" -- but I DID read the book...

I was excited about the characters Teddy and Chuck -- knowing you were slashing them. But in the book, there isn't any Teddy or any Chuck. So now I'm curious about the movie and how it differs from the book...

The book was a fascinating read, but I was sorry there was no Teddy and no Chuck, I have to honestly say!

Marilyn and I still plan to see the movie, but we haven't found time yet to get around to it.

Just sayin'... (smile)

Wow, that's interesting! No Teddy and no Chuck? I think you'll find the movie with the two of them to be some nice relationship moments (friendship that could be viewed as slashy, especially towards the end when Teddy is determined to come to the rescue, so to speak).

Me, too! :)

I'm glad you're considering watching it. Very good movie, IMO. :)
