Dick telling Alfred is a good thing. The awareness level in the Wayne household needs to be kicked up a notch. And good to see Bruce getting clued in that the situation may be far more serious then he thought.
Poor Clark. I just feel so badly for him.
BTW, sorry about your team :( That was a tough loss.

Really big elephant in the living room syndrome. No one wants to mention sexual abuse with respect to Edmund because they all truly think that it occurred. The initial medical check was only looking for gross damage -- injuries to throat or rectum, torn flesh, bite marks, and bruises. Everyone: Bruce, Dick, Alfred, Ollie, Roy, Dinah, Lex and Lionel are so happy to get Clark back alive and intact that they aren't ready to enquire about other torments that Edmund inflicted on Clark. This is such a brutal society that no one is willing to address the long term damaged caused by rape and helplessness and kidnapping and imprisonment. Only a very few slaves would not suffer this trauma at least once. Clark has already suffered sexual abuse at the hands of the Rigellian slavers and the auction guards.
I'm glad Alfred is now aware that something is very wrong with Clark, other than his usual "illness". I hope he and Dick talk to Bruce aabout what they suspect.

My heart breaks for poor Clark!
Things are going to be a little rocky for awhile, but will get better! :)

That's exactly what's going on! Since Clark wasn't badly damaged physically, his emotional trauma has slipped under the radar.

I'm so glad Dick finally said something to Alfred about it.
