This chapter feels very much like its setting the stage. Its a lovely vignette of the Wayne family, and their loving household.

I can't wait to see what comes next. Something is brewing. I can tell ;)

Thank you, Val! :)

YAY, a new chapter of my favorite story! :)

This update was still in quite a nice, calm, peaceful mood. Though there were some hints of the „storm“ that probably coming soon.

They sat in companionable silence, both enjoying the sunlight sparkling off the ornaments and garland. Clark put an arm around Dick’s shoulders and the boy leaned into him.
The image of Clark and Dick sitting in the living room and watching the tree - AWWWW, that was so beautiful! I was very glad you put this scene in this chapter. And Bruce watching them in the entrance of the living room, thinking again about his family and feeling happy - this picture warmed my heart and brought smile on my face. I love the beauty, peace and comfort of Christmas time that you described so wonderfully in the first part of this chapter.

Bruce hoped that Clark would continue enjoying good health. Just the occasional queasiness and headaches just before and after the weekly shot, but that was expected. It’s coincidence, but I was thinking about Clark’s health reading the ( ... )

Thank you, m'dear! :)

I really enjoyed writing that scene. I guess I'm just a sap at heart. ;)

It’s coincidence, but I was thinking about Clark’s health reading the beginning of this update. He has been feeling well in the last a few chapters. I would love to hope it could continue this way, but I’m not sure it will. Anyway, Clark on the couch with his head on Bruce’s lap, telling him he is happy - another awesome, lovely image. *Hugs my boys* *Smile*

There will always be happiness in the future. I can't help writing the sappy scenes! ;)

Clark kissed Bruce’s hand. "I’m sure that ( ... )

Another wonderful chapter painting pictures of a loving family enjoying their time together. Once again I have to remark about your lovely visuals and the details that bring it all to life.

I really am alarmed at the foreshadowing here. What is going on with all of the stolen slaves? You know i am so paranoid I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Of course the tension is interesting. ;-)

Poor Steve and Hal. I hate seeing them so troubled. Especially about Diana. You can see it is eating at Steve. *cuddles steve*

Well done as usual.

Thank you! It does my heart good to know that my descriptions are working. :)

You should be alarmed! ;)

Yes, I had to slip in a little of the boys here. They'll be playing a big role in the next arc, but they need to be kept in the loop here. ;)

Well done as usual.

Thank you kindly! :)
