I know, Clark is super-sweet here! ;) I couldn't resist. I've always considered him sweet. I remember the Clark of the Bronze Age era and how Steve Lombard was always trying to bully him and he always managed to make it backfire while remaining his sweet self. ;)

YAY!! New Chappie *dances joyfully* I waited patiently :) Wow..I LOVE the interaction w/Clark and Alfred. I sensed that Alfred was choosing his words *very* carefully when he answered Clark's questions about the Bat. And Clark is so fully of happiness. *sighs* Bruce is going to realize to late that he is indeed in love w/Clark.

This also feels like the calm before the storm. *bites nails*

Thank you, and there are two more chapters to go before the second arc. I have written seven chapters in that arc and it'll probably be about the same number of chapters in all, though I can't say for sure on that. There's a lot to pack in before the third arc. Well, looks like I'll always be busy! :)

This was so sweet and wonderful! Clark is in love and enjoying every bit of it. And he's curious about the Batman. I wonder how he'll feel when he discovers the truth about Bruce.

Clark now mildly questions his so readily accepting his lack of freedom. He can't even imagine just how big the revelations ahead will be!

Yes, it was necessary to have him question his status, though pretty much resigned to it at this point. As for the truth about Bruce, he seems like he'd be cool with it. We shall see! :)
