Oh, don't stop there! This has quickly become one of my favourite stories in the community. The concept, the imagery, all of it is really great.

Oooh. Interesting; this may make their first meeting... a bit awkward, to say the least! The inherent sensitivity/intuition Gordon has is interesting in such a corrupt town.

I like Jim's worries here! His automatic sense of trust warring with his natural skepticism as a detective...I can see that unsettling him.

He's really quite intuitive, isn't he? I always felt that Jim would have that sensitivity/trust because it makes him a perfect partner for Batman.

This story is making me so curious about this Angel of Death character I might even *shock* venture out of the Wayne/Gordon community! LOL

Well, The Better Angels is up for a World's Finest Award. ;)

But I do like the darkness in this fic. A dark Gotham, a dark evening, Gordon's home alone... who knows what will happen next? TELL ME, TELL ME, TELL ME!

I do the same thing! It's the absolutely perfect music to write to. But when I want to write fluff, I listen to fluff music. When I want to do angst, I listen to Muse. When I'm trying to write just for the hell of it, I put my playlist on shuffle. I wrote the last two fics to David Archuleta for goodness' sake!

LOL!

Nothing like the BB and TDK soundtracks to get you in the mood! :)
