Ficcish 'To-Do' List

Aug 08, 2008 23:26

I’ve been watching the Olympics’ Opening Ceremonies and enjoying the show. The Parade of Nations is always colorful.

Huh. The U.S. team got the biggest ovation so far. I thought the world hated us! ;)

The Canadian team is always my ‘other’ team that I root for. :)

Okay, a little ficcish update for the curious. Or maybe you have nothing better to read. ;) )

The opening ceremonies were beautiful, weren't they? I loved it! And yes, the US did get a good reception!

Ooh, looks like your muses will be busy. I hope they cooperate with you. :D

And I always love when a birthday falls on a weekend.

A long way from the days of Mao, for sure!

Me, too! :)

And I always love when a birthday falls on a weekend.

It's the best! :)

The opening ceremonies were amazing! I always root for Canada, too. And the tiny underdog countries.

The only thing that spoiled it for me was when they kept cutting to shots of the Douchebag in Chief in the stands.

Yeah, I'd like to see some of the countries who never won a medal get one.

LOL! Whenever they did that I turned back to the computer or put my hand in front of the TV. ;)

I really was annoyed by that.
