Ooh, such an apt title for this one! Loved the use of the senses and they way they possess and are possessed by each other. You did a fantastic job of capturing the nuances of the pairing and what each of them does for the other. :)

Oh, this was lovely.

But as lovely as the whole of it was, this part stood out the most for me:

It wasn’t easy. Bruce was controlling and possessive, and Dick had to take a stand even as a child when he felt that he was being treated as less than an equal partner. Even as young as he had been at the start of his Robin career, he had known that the partnership wouldn’t have worked if Bruce and Batman hadn’t let him pull his weight.

Bruce was a quick learner.

It's just such a cheerful, Dick thought to have.

It's natural for Dick to see the best in people but to be firm when he needs to be, which is exactly what Bruce needs: someone who believes in him and allows him his quirks, but stands up to him when he needs to be called on things.

Dick the optimist is happy that Bruce is learning quickly! :)

Sensualist that Dick is, I think you earn top awards for capturing it so flawlessly.

Dick and Bruce are just wonderful to write, and you seem to excel at catching their best moments.
