Week 11: New England Patriots 25, Atlanta Falcons 0 (7-4) (Thursday, November 18, 2021)
Who's first in the AFC East? Woot, woot! :D
New England trounced Atlanta! Yep, Atlanta is a woeful football team, but those are the teams you're supposed to stomp on. :)
The offense had some problems: less than 50% converting on third down, only one touchdown (the rest field goals), and Mac throwing a dumb INT, but, hey, he's a rookie, so we'll pat him on the head, especially as he hasn't made many rookie mistakes. :)
Kicker Nick Folk was the star on special teams today, kicking a bunch of field goals. Go, Nick!
The defense shone. What can you say when they intercepted 3 different quarterbacks in the 4th quarter? YES!!! :D
Pats and Dolphins won, Jets and Bills lost. The Bills got smoked and dropped out of the division lead. :D Pats have extra time off before playing the Titans next Sunday.
