Stargirl 1x8; Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 7x7
Stargirl 1x8
Pat covers Courtney's injuries by claiming a car accident. Oh, his beloved Buick! He wants to tell Courtney's mother about Stargirl, but Courtney begs him to wait until they defeat the IJS. I see trouble with this one!
Mike apologizes to Courtney for being jealous of her and Pat. Nice scene.
Pat talks to the Cosmic Staff about protecting Courtney and thinks he's gotten nowhere, but he made an impression. :)
Beth schemes her way into the Burman house, and Pat joins her. She finds the locked door to the Secret Lair but ends up in Cindy's bedroom instead, and taks a picture of Dr. Shiro Ito, and Japanese war criminal, who happens to be the Dragon King. Supposedly he was executed in 1947.
Meanwhile, Cindy is visiting Courtney and reveals that she knows she's Stargirl, and threatens to kill all her friends. Beth barely escapes Cindy's bedroom when Cindy comes home with the help of Yolanda and Rick.
Brainwave, Jr. (Henry King, Jr.) discovers that Cindy was sent to spy on him and goes to confront her. He finds Shiv and Stargirl fighting and zaps them both with his brainwave power and discovers who Stargirl is. Which side will he join in the future?
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 7x7
Stuck in 1982, Mack brushes Deke off and visits his old house, sees his younger self and brother, and then goes away and broods for months over the death of his parents.
Sybil, the Chronicoms' Predictor, survived in a computer, naturally.
Mack gets an urgent note from Deke and discovers he's the star of a rock band, who are really agents undercover. They've taken over the Lighthouse for their headquarters. An angry Mack stomps off.
Meanwhile, Sybil is built in robot form with the help of a patsy, who is killed by one of her Hunters.
A Hunter kills one of the team and his girlfriend in the Lighthouse. When Mack learns how Deke has been keeping an eye on his younger self and brother, he joins the team, Rambo-style! :)
The Zephyr returns to 1983 and meets the team as they reunite with Mack and Deke.
Sybil finds another patsy.
The '80s take-offs were hilarious: the band, the A-Team-style team, the bloody slasher flick deaths, Mack dressing as Rambo...good stuff! :)
