Stargirl 1x3; Legends Of Tomorrow 5x15; Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. 7x2
Stargirl 1x3
Icicle is back and eager to destroy Stargirl. He masquerades as a benevolent rich guy who is helping revitalize Blue Valley.
Stargirl finds a frozen field in the shape of a star and she and Pat go after Icicle, but Pat's robot is iced over. Icicle causes a boy to be killed after a bus accident (he caused the bridge the bus was riding on to ice up) as the boy's father can't control his car on the ice and hits him directly. The father (the Injustice Society's Wizard) goes to confront Icicle and is killed by him.
Joey is mourned by all, and inspires Pat to bring Courtney to the old Justice Society of America Headquarters. Pat considers the tools kept here to be dangerous but Courtney goes back and gathers them up for the cause of recruitment. She's determined to get Icicle for killing her father Starman and Joey, who was her first friend at school.
Legends Of Tomorrow 5x15
The Legends split up and search for the Waverider and the Loom of Fate. Mona and Gary direct them to the dump for the ship, and the other Legends find the Loom. Sara's fight with Atropos ends up in death for the Goddess, and the Legends figure all is well again, except when they arrive back in the present, the remaining Fates are controlling people through special watches.
A History Museum tells the story of mankind's chaotic, evil past, and that the Fates' peaceful present is the way to go. The Legends try to convince Charlie that free will is good. They are up against no more Loom, but Gideon is running the Fates' watch program!
The Legends fight Encores in the Museum (revived by Lachesis, Charlie's Sister) and Charlie throws in with the Legends. They defeat the Encores and Charlies forgives Lachesis, but tells her she better get used to mortality, as the destruction of the Loom took away their immortality.
Zari 1.0 must return to the totem because her presence is causing Behrad mortal danger: he will wink out in a struggle between timelines. She and Nate share a bittersweet farewell.
Charlie decides to leave the Legends and hang out with her old punk rock band, The Smell, in 1977 London. There's a big blow-out party and the Legends leave the club drunk and never notice Sara being beamed up by aliens! Typical Legends! :)
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. 7x2
"To save S.H.I.E.L.D., we have to save HYDRA." Yikes!
Mack and Deke help out 'The Thread', Freddie Malick, future father of Gideon Malick, who will head HYDRA. They pretend to be fellow bootleggers. Freddie's delivering ingredients for the Super Soldier Serum, unbeknownst to our heroes (and him).
Meanwhile, May's a loose cannon, defeating Enoch in a fight but showing no shock at the sight of Coulson. She has no feelings right now. And Yo-Yo's rattled by getting human-looking arms so she's off her game.
Coulson and the gang save Deke and Mack from the Chronicoms, and Skye told Deke to kill Malick over the walkie-talkie. He took a shot but missed.
Speakeasy owner Koenig learns about rocket ships and robots (though Enoch is put out by that description) and helps the gang with the rescue. Ha, Coulson with a machine gun! He's loving this! :) Enoch doesn't get back to the Zephyr in time so he's stuck in 1931, and ends up as a bartender for Koenig. Wonder where our favorite Chronicom will turn up again?
"Enoch, this looks like the start of a marvelous friendship."
