Bruce dressed in his finest tuxedo and looked stunning. Clark was speechless.

Ah Clark. *pets him* You are so in love.

He's terribly besotted! See, I like using that word. :)

Alfred was certain that Clark was besotted. The look of longing on his face when he looked at Bruce clinched it.

I love Alfred, he is always so good at reading people and making those feel better.

He's such a gem of a character.

Clark lifted his chin. He would serve and make Bruce proud of him.

Oh Clark, you loyal, loyal boy. See Bruce? This is what you have, don't waste it.

Poor, messed-up Bat. He values loyalty and yet can't see it!

The darkness yawned up at him as he plummeted, stray thoughts of Bruce flitting through his mind as he tried to fly, rainbow manacles appearing on his wrists and a collar around his throat, but all was lost as fire burned through his veins, melting him from the inside out as he screamed…

Evil slavers, evil, evil slavers.

Not nice people.

Encouraged by the concern, Alfred went back downstairs to the kitchen ( ... )

What's the matter? Or shouldn't I ask? Sorry if so. I hope you'll feel better. I do feel good because of the nice addictive story. ;-)

Will Clark find out about himself at or near the end of this arc? Or a later arc?

Is the mood indicator for the story? If so, sorry I wasn't sure. Feels silly now.

Clark sighed. He was beginning to feel a little like Cinderella left home while Bruce was off to the ball. Unfortunately, there was no fairy godmother to make his collar and manacles disappear.

*huggles the woobie* (I'm sure Clark's getting fed up of my hugs by now, LOL!)

I ask that you have patience, Clark.

But how much more patience?? There's only 8 chapters left of this arc!! I'm hoping that everything will be sorted out by then, and Bruce will stop being a stupid, idiotic... *mutters*

Clark lifted his chin. He would serve and make Bruce proud of him. That is, if he was to see Bruce’s bed again.

*huggles Clark again*

“I have a decision to make. I intend to make it soon and not drag it out.”

It had better be a good decision, Bruce!

Oooooh, I can't wait for more!

You do know there are other arcs? But it would be interesting to know what will be known and not known at the end. Will Clark finally know himself? Will that be the cliffhanger? Also how many arcs might there be? Enough to last forever? ;-)

Twelve? Cool. So it might be around a long time. I'm happy. By the way I suspect the arcs might have cliffhangers so they might not be completely happy endings. I hope the last one is though. I'm just speculating of course. I hope Bruce doesn't do something silly to Clark (more than what he's done). But am willing to wait and see. If it annoys me a lot I will write about it. But I do expect silliness from the boys before they get to be happy. I hope (for the happy part). Assuming a non-evil writer or story. But a little evil is to be expected. Sorry if I'm rambling.
