LJ First Anniversary Fic Request Meme
Well, it’s almost my first-year LJ anniversary! :)
My first post was November 12, 2006 (I have some back-dated posts before that for archival purposes) and so for the entire month of November, I shall be attempting to write short fic as an offering to my flist per your requests. :)
I'm going to aim for ‘real’ drabbles (100 words) or ‘double drabbles’ (200 words) but if a ficlet is 97 words long or 220, I won’t get too worked up. LOL!
I was finally getting my final two fic requests done for the DCU GSB Fic Request Meme when Halloween fic took over my life, and since it’s taken me awhile to fulfill those longer requests, I figured I’d better stick to the short stuff this time!
Since I was part of the request meme that’s been drifting around LJ lately, I decided to combine that with my anniversary idea: MEME: The first fifteen people to comment on this post get to request a drabble from you. In return, they have to post this meme in their journal. Post all fandoms you’re willing to write for.
My tweaking will be posting the pairings I’m willing to write, some of which are old friends, others those I’ve never written before (at least not on LJ) but feel comfortable with. I had planned to do twelve (one for each month of my first year) but of course have expanded it to fifteen to comply with the request meme. Since I’m coming so late to this (I didn’t feel I could request anything since I had no time to write anything, much less fifteen drabbles!), if you’ve already done this there’s of course no need to post this in your journal. I’m mainly doing this to ‘pay’ for the wonderful art I requested from rai_daydreamer and to thank her and all my flist for being so wonderful this past year! J
