Hair again. :) I have to admit, the first time I saw some scans of comic book!redhead Lois it was terribly confusing. "Wait--is that Lana?" LOL
It's funny how something like that really can be fundamental to our vision of a character. Years later I still want to know why Val Kilmer didn't die his hair black for Batman Forever. I know the answer would be: because he's Val Kilmer and everyone expects him to be blond, but all the same, it's one of those details that takes me out of the movie if only for a moment.
Now see, one reason to welcome this darker and grittier vision of Clark is that when Lex does appear, maybe this time we won't get that campy version obsessed with real estate. (Honestly, where on earth does that even come from? I never understood that take on him.) This could be a big screen version that gives us the mad scientist/power hungry CEO we all know and love.
Henry has always been a joy to behoild. :) He is actually a pretty good actor too. I'm looking forward to his take on Napoleon Solo in the Man from UNCLE movie. (A little less sold on Armie Hammer as Illya, though--but that's a whole other discussion.)

My headcanon always considers Lana a redhead. Chalk it up to reading all those Silver and Bronze Age comics! :)
I would love to see a more serious Lex in the movies!
Wow, that's a combo for that movie! I had no idea they were planning to do a film. I'll see what I think of Armie Hammer in The Lone Ranger. :)
