settling in
It's been a very productive couple of days. Here's the list of what I got accomplished:
Mowed the lawn
raised my desk (so my chair could fit under)
grocery shopping
bought a filing cabinet
put files and letters in said filing cabinet
talked with old friends
grilled out
put together and stocked my new bookshelf
setup up new tv in the townhouse
got to level 7 on contra (the original contra!)
played battletoads on nes
found the short in my horn so i can get my car inspected
put my AC back together in my car
it's beginning to be more and more like home here. although I am missing a beautiful girl on the other side of my wall. One day perhaps I'll remedy that problem and that wall 0:-)
So just when you think summer is gonna be dull, i haven't sat down yet(figuratively that is). this week is my parents anniversary, double date(maybe), rock climbing, sushi lunch(wOoT!), motley crue, bbq in f-burg(hopefully), some pakistani show on sunday, and i'm sure a few other things i've forgotten.
