so much for civil liberties... and while i understand why people want these laws, they are grossly poorly written... a law that bans interacting with personal cargo while behind a wheel is stupid! it's one thing if i'd do it while driving 60mph on the freeway - it's another if i do it at a red traffic light. what's wrong with me putting a french fry in my mouth. furthermore.. is chewing gum considering eating?
