yeah well this weekend was soooo kick ass mostly sunday, so fuck the other days alls i did was get stoned and drunk so on sunday was teh big starting line concert....fuck yeah! i was bummed tho because at clutch cargos the club were they played they have a floor and then like a upstairs balcony kinda thing and i had to stand up there because mike thought it was a great idea to bring a hat into a concert were he will be moshing and cameras, sooooo i had to hold 2 hats, 2 cameras, wallets, keys and fucking everything but i had a great view of all the bands there and all the bands rocked
Senses Fail - i came into clutch and as soon as we bought our t-shirts they were gettin on stage, they werent that bad mike and tim didnt get into the moshpit yet
Early November - they were excellent! ha i never really heard ay of there shit but they fucking rock!! i was about to say fuck the cameras and hats i am jumping in the pit..
Allister - allister is one of my new fav bands i just started getting into them and i thought there fucking showed rocked out sooooo bad ass they did a song and he goes " this songs for all the people on top, the pussies who dont wanna get in the pit " i felt all pussyish ( not a word ) and wanted to rock out with everyone in the pit
HomeGrown - very kick ass band they werent as good as allister but they kicked ass during homegrown is where i was really deciding whether or not i should just to the floor because the balcony wasnt high up if people saw me and knew i was jumping they woulda caught me cuz there was some HUUUUUUGE motherfuckers in the pit man..
The Starting Line - one of my favorite bands... and they are soooooo good live they came out wiht some intro music then they played GIVEN THE CHANCE and then right into HELLO HOUSTON i was kinda pissed that they didnt play GREGS LAST DAY they didnt really play to many old songs they played a new song called SUPRISE,SUPRISE comming out whenever i dont even know then another new song they played was MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME and it was just acoustic show i got a good pic of that and then ken came back out and rocked out to left coast envy and thats when i tapped on teh girl next to me and told her to hold my shit i was taking a chance but i didnt care i ran down to the pit and went nuts when TSL played goodnights sleep everyone went crazy after the song ken goes " that was just waaay to fucking intense guys! that was nuts!! " then ken goes " OK HERES ANOTHER NEW SONG... ITS ABOUT SMOKING MARIJUANA!! " it was a kick ass song the last song they did was BEST OF ME of course and during the last verse confetti shot out of the side of the club all over the floor after BEST OF ME the stage lights didnt go off yet so u know theres gonna be an encore so everyone started cheering encore and they came back out and played another new song i never heard and then the last song they did was THIS RIDE some girl threw a sign up on the stage earlier in teh show and it says " i drove 100 miles to hear THIS RIDE " so they played it for the last song... which was bad ass at the end me mike,linds, and tim all walked outta there felt good to get some air and i was liek " lets chill in the back " and we went back there and we met allister, homegrown, early november, and we were waiting for starting line and linds decided to take a pic of me mike and tim and she did and i tap mike on the shoulder and go " hey dude its mike and tom " and tim mike and linds turn around and i walked up to shake there hand and got my t-shirt signed and got a few good picstures with them then we found kenny and matt and all the girls were around kenny and we finally got threw and took with him too which was soo bad ass me and him had a minute convo about playing bass it was was soo bad ass but yeah then we took off after a few and went to coney island and then went home GOOD ASS WEEKEND!!!!!!!
