Spring Term is less than a month away

I know, such a cliche, this summer just flew by. And it really did, but at least I got some stuff done, like got two A's in both of my summer courses at UPJ. I know, I never update this. I've listed reasons for this before, and sometime when I have a bunch of freetime and nothing better to do, I am going to create my (fifth?) personal website, and hopefully this one will last longer than a few months and you can go there and see whats up with my life. Actually, this whole journal thing in general thing is starting to irk me. I like talking to people in real life the most, then the phone, then lastly online. It's so easy to get stuff screwed up when you are just reading it as text, you know? You can't hear voice inflection, you can't see body signals... That type of thing, and I know, it's the same song and dance rant that I always seem to give. Is this goodbye to LJ? Probably not yet, anyway. I occasionally post to other people's journals, but even that ability doesn't really seem to necessitate me wasting time and space with this account.

Does anyone in cyberspace really give a hoot about my musical and writing aspirations? I highly doubt it. Hopefully I will play a few gigs acoustically in the near future and stuff, but as for recording, forget it, the whole time I was supposed to spend writing music, I spent studying for classes at UPJ. I'm trying to focus on rebuilding relations with my family, keeping up grades, maintaining the wonderful relationship I have, building and restoring friendships, and having a smile on my face more often than not. As you well know, that is more than a small order.

Second year at Pitt. Looks like I may actually go out this year and make a name for myself. Time will only tell though. Thanks for stopping by.
