I have to admit, I don't remember the first time I met Alan Shore. I just remember the senior partners at our old law firm suddenly becoming very irritable . . . Anyway . . . I do remember the first time I met you, Brad. I just wanted to welcome you back to Boston. It's great to have you here!
Even Pascatore couldn't wipe out that memory. Thank you, Lori. It was like I was never away, except a different office. Seems there was a rather inventive wager constructed with my office as the prize.
It was good seeing you briefly at the Independence Day party. Any interesting cases on your docket?
Oh just the usual - neighborhood vandals, a domestic spat, the case of the flammable hairspray (don't ask!), but I've turned these cases over to Jimmy. I'm taking a much needed tropical vacation this month - won't be back until September 5th.
It was nice to see you at the party too (even though i didn't get to see you in your speedo) *pouts*
Somewhere with sandy beaches, umbrella drinks, and beautiful people. Pescatore says everyone is required to take a sabbatical (his new favorite word, which I taught him) at least every two years. So this is mine. I'll let you know as soon as I get back, and I'll try to send a postcard!
