People are Frustrating

I guess last night was the icing on the cake.

People really frustrate me.

I checked at work last night (the best section, 6 hour shift) and I made $20. 'How?' you ask. Simple. People are cheap. Everyone I waited on was rude or unfriendly except my last table of two guys from New Jersey. On a $70.16 bill I got $5.84, but wait, it gets better: that was $1 in cash, and $4.84 IN CHANGE! On a $55, I got $5, they each talked on their phones the entire time, and the lady had really nasty black and orange hair. To top it off, they were all mean. I know I didn't do anything wrong, I wasn't rude, didn't goof any orders, or anything. My one table was pissed we didn't have prime rib until 6:30. Well, sorry, it wasn't my fault. Then they were mad we only had rare. Again, not my fault. So then I had to hear how it was the whole reason they came there and blah blah blah we're big assholes who are married and sit and read the whole time.

Sunday, the manager played dumb and said he didn't know he only had me until December 7th. He tried to say that I told him I would be there through the holidays. Nope. Sorry, I gotta go home, Saginaw is driving me crazy.

The stupid student teaching thing is irritating also. We have to have an interview with both our teacher and principal before December 13th's meeting at SC4. Which is on one of my final exam days and the guy said I could go to the one at SVSU, but now he says I can't. I also have to get fingerprinted, background checked, and apply to be a sub by December 13th also. Wow, thanks for letting us know all of this stuff NOW!

My TESOL group hasn't E-mailed me their PowerPoint info for next week's presentation. Mind you, today is the last class before we present.

I wish I had one day to get everything done that I need to. Saturday is usually homework day, but we have our CPR and First Aid class from 8-6.
