Rest In Peace, Gavin Kamen
I learned today that another friend is gone. Gavin, was a true friend. He protected us at Shampoo, was there for a laugh, a hug, for whatever.
When Brittany, his beautiful wife and he left to go back to his home in Australia we were left without part of our club family. But he had dreams, dreams of being in law enforcement, of starting a life and family with my girl, Britt. They did. He leaves behind two beautiful babies, Hannah and Ryder.
My heart breaks for this young man, this strong man who wanted nothing more than to spend the rest of his life with his soulmate. My heart breaks for Brittany for she lost her love too soon. My heart breaks for the those two babies.
Philly, we will never be the same.
May you rest in eternal peace, where the pits are fierce and all our fallen friends will meet for a drink. Where there is no suffering. You can look after your friends and family and know we will always be thinking of you.
