kids having kids
jessica had her baby. i have known her for like eight years. being sixteen, the thought of having children seems very foreign and far away. i couldn't imagine having to stop what i had planned to do to raise a child, so seeing one of the people i have known pretty much all my life do that...is kind of scary. on the bright side, jessica has really matured a lot since she knew she was having a kid. i'm really proud of the way she and her boyfriend are handling the situation, and how neither one of them is giving up on what they had planned to do. the baby is adorable. i held it yesterday, and helped jessica with it for a bit. contrary to what i had initially thought, i think the baby will be loved and taken care of just as if it had parents that were 25 haha.
