Dang, it's been a while! Guess I'll just do a little update with no real order to it...
Been to the Renaissance Festival twice already with Holland.
toodie joined us the second time out. I LOVE that place!! Got a
bamboo flute and sax, some new
Crystal Stix and Holland and I both got
puzzle rings. We're going back in November with her family.
I'm enjoying my break since Assassins closed early September. We begin rehearsals for The Great Caruso Christmas Show on October 24th. It's kinda scary, we only have 7 full rehearsals before opening after Thanksgiving. Once that closes on New Year's, we open The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas there as well. I'll be in that until we begin rehearsals for The Dead Guy, opening in April at Stages Repertory Theatre. Aside from that, the only other thing I have lined up is Paul's Bayou City Concert Musicals show next September. He's decided to do The Mystery of Edwin Drood and has cast Holland as Rosa Bud and is considering me for one of three possible roles. I'm really excited... the show's a lot of fun!
Christmas is getting scarily close... I should start my shopping soon and avoided the bind I usually put myself in. I've already decided I want to set up a photo session to get family portraits done for my immediate family, but aside from that I have no clue what to get everybody. Holland's birthday's coming up November 22nd, but I can't say anything past that here because she'll see it. :) For Halloween, we've got our costumes and are ready for the annual party at Bobby & Stephanie's on the 29th. We're gonna look awesome!!
toodie and
barkis are doing their cabaret at Ovations this Saturday night at 8:30. Tickets are $15. Holland and I will be there, and WOW, there are already nearly 50 people on their Evite saying they'll be there!! The song lineup is really good and the performers are incredible. I'm really looking forward to it.

I want a
Bushpig.
Work is going really well. The money's great, I get along with everyone, I like the work... I even do some graphic design for the company. It's an odd feeling actually liking what I do for a change. When the money starts rolling in from the Christmas show, I'll have it made!
Okay, work is beckoning...
