I hate my Finance & Stat Professors
So yea, I only had two classes today, finance and statistics. My finance lecture runs for approximately an hour and fifteen minutes and seems to last an eternity. I swear to god I have never met a more boring man in my entire life. Regardless of how hard I try, I stop paying attention after like five minutes and then end up trying to teach myself the material outside of class. The entire class period, he just rambles on end, never asking any questions or if anyone has any questions. If this man auditioned for the part of the boring professor in Ferris Buehler's day off, I'm almost certain he would have gotten the part over Ben Stein. Anyways, I really don't know why I go to the class anymore because it is essentially worthless as I don't pay attention. Unfortunately, we have an exam coming up & a 3 page homework assignment due next week so I need to learn finance. =(
On to my Statistics professor. He only recently became hated. He is actually a good teacher but I must recount a very enraging story. On Monday, I informed my professor that I would be unable to attend class this Friday b/c I have my 2nd interview at the Racetrack and if it would be possible to get the notes for Friday's class in advance before the weekend. His response was no I couldn't, and I would have to get them from a classmate the following week. The class runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and today in class he informed us that we are going to have a quiz next Monday. After class, I asked him if Friday's notes would be on Monday's quiz and his response was yes that Friday's notes would be on the quiz so I again asked him if it would be possible to get the notes in advance. His response was no, essentially telling me I'm shit outta luck for Friday's material on Monday's quiz. What a bastard!
Anyways, its time to take a nap b/c I still can't sleep at a normal hour due to my messed up sleep schedule during break. When I wake up, I have some great Accounting, Finance, and Marketing homework to look forward to. Can't wait.
