Sticker shock
I just made my largest BPAL order ever.
It's a birthday present to myself, because I earned a lot of money doing freelance stuff (which I haven't gotten a check in hand for, hence the sticker shock). This particular company has always been good about paying in the past, though, and...
....well. I earned it, dangit.
I got all the Halloweenies and Order of the Dragons that I'd wanted to test still (Carfax Abbey, Jonathan Harker, Quincey Morris, RM Renfield, All Saint's, All Soul's, and Samhain), bought myself a bottle of Carpathian Mountains, which I have tested and loved, and then got all the Resurrected scents except Bat's Blood. I still had a little room in the budget I'd given myself, so I threw in a bottle of Snow Maiden, though I'm hoping for another order after December 1 for the Yules, and a 6 pack of Imp's ears (Horreur Sympathique, Love-Lies-Bleeding, Pontarlier, Rage, The Great Sword of War, Thaleia).
I feel faint. I've never ordered this much BPAL before! Now I can't wait to get the box! ;)
