So I bought a bottle of Cloister Graveyard in the Snow off someone as a whim. I'm a bottle collector so the Salon bottles appeal to me for my collection. Scent wise it was something I thought would be a little meh because ozone scents and I don't get along.
Boy was I wrong! This scent is gorgeous!
[slathers Cloister]
It reminds me a little of Tulzcha which I so rarely wear because I don't have much left. But it's more of a soft mint scent, tempered with the musks and ozone. It's gorgeous and feminine and just a little bit cold and haughty at the same time. It feels cold, like that nip when you step outside in a gorgeous dress in the middle of winter and your cheeks are red as you laugh and do up your coat and tuck your hands in your pockets. Your legs are still cold because it's a short dress and stockings aren't really that warm but you've got such wonderful shoes that you don't care about the cold. Then you get into the car and it's warm in there, but the chill sticks around for a little while until it just softens and you relax because it's not cold anymore, but the memory of it is still there.
