• 3+ years of strong web design experience
• A clean, uncluttered style with palpable marketing and conversion impact
• Proficient in Photoshop, Visual Studio, HTML, Javascript, WNL, CSS, Flash, and Actionscript
• A self-directed work style, with natural ability to see beyond the obvious
• Superlative communication skills
