Life Imitates LOLcats
One of the odd things about my new job I noticed right away was that our offices and cubes didn't have wastebaskets. When I asked about it, my co-workers told me a hilarious story of how the city government, in an effort to reduce waste, presented everyone with these tiny little black buckets that we were expected to use for our garbage and dump out daily, and promptly gave me one. The thing's not much bigger than a beer mug.
So yesterday while tossing my trash, I went to the men's room and accidentally left my wastebasket somewhere. It wasn't until I got ready to leave that I realized said basket was missing.
You can probably guess what I thought and said next...
This morning I found my poor bucket outside the men's room, thankfully unmolested from its terrible experience. Proof indeed that all of life can indeed be reduced to a picture posted somewhere on teh Intar Wubs.
Credit, of course, must go to the saga of the LOLrus. Goo-goo-ga-joob.
