I am still working hard on the exercise front. I have now dropped 5 stone in 20 weeks. Here is a before/current photo. There is still more progress to be made, but it is good to see there are already results. The second photo is from this past weekend. I visited Cornwall with some friends and had my first AirBnB experience - I had a fantastic time and it was awesome having the dog there too.
