ok yes i don't know you, and i am pretty sure you don't know me or alex either. when we say "emo is cool" that means we're pretty much being sarcastic asses, making fun of the "new trend" and all the petty scenesters. you don't have to go around bashing people if they like a few bands that are steretyped as "emo". so please refrain from starting online el-jay drama, because it does nobody any good.

&& if anything, i was just sticking up for alex because he's an amazing person/friend. and by trying to make him feel bad by commenting that he's ugly and has ugly hair doesn't make you a great person either. because he isn't ugly and who are you to say if he is or isn't, you're not God or anything.

I'm not trying to create "lj drama." Your friend, Alex, did tell my friend on a shitty emo band he liked so that can't be sarcastic can it. And I don't just dislike a band b/c it is stereotyped as "emo." I listen to it first and determine for myself. No, I wasn't trying to make him feel bad by saying things about his appearance. It is actually good that he doesn't care. I was just disagreeing with your comment about how his hair was "sooper dee dooperly off the hizzle scale." I have the right to think somebody isn't good looking. Maybe he is to others but not to me. That is all. You just stuck up for your friend and I was sticking up for mine. That is all.

alright so now that we both have stated our sides within this argument, i still don't understand why even though you don't like certain bands you have to go out and trash everyone that does have an interest in them.

you have your say in hating whatever band it is, so at least give us enough decency to be able to like the bands we like without being criticized.

so yeah, you hate saves the day, and i personally hate thursday, but i don't have to critique every person who does like thursday by saying they're shitty and what not.

i guess the only point i am trying to get across here is that please, for future reference, keep your comments to yourself and respect someone else if they think the entire oppossite of you.
