Cheapest Cell Phone Bill EVER

...and it's not a cell phone!!

I'm planning on ditching my cell phone for a tablet pc/MID/PMP/UMPC that will run Skype.

"But what about all those areas that don't have wifi? You wont be able to make or receive calls," you ask.

Simple. All I need is a data plan from some cell company, and I have cell like coverage wherever I go.

So far, the cheapest I've found is T-mobile. 30 bucks for 200mb data transfer a month. Pair that with Skype's pricing of 1.95 euros a month for unlimited calling in US and Canada, and with today's exchange rate, you're paying under 33 bucks a month for unlimited calls, unlimited text (somewhat) and unlimited data (somewhat)!!

Now, if you really want the full cell phone use, I would recommend purchasing a Skype number. This will allow anyone IN YOUR COUNTRY to call you for the same price they would pay for a local call. Normally purchasing a number runs 50 euros/74 dollars a year, but if you have a subscription to Skype, its half that.

SO. For a monthly grand total of 36 bucks and tax, you have a cell phone that trumps all other cell phones. How about them apples? (pun intended)
