I managed to get to my Constellation Awards meeting only about ten minute late this afternoon (after staying up until 4 or 4:30 playing schedule Jenga again... but as far as I know, we've managed to avoid scheduling anyone against any events they want to see or take part in :) ). Oh. .he's going to be on Stargate: Atlantis. They're already showing him in clips for the start of the new season next month.

Oh, I realize that - I just thought it was odd that he'd be wearing the t-shirt. Not very incognito. (I'm not even sure I would have realized that it was him had he been wearing a non-SF-related shirt, as it was the shirt that caught my attention first. I probably would have walked right past him without thinking.)

And SG:A films in Vancouver, which is about a five-hour flight from here, so that doesn't explain what he's doing in Toronto.

Awwwwww...

But no, that's not why. :) I'd forgotten this, but he and John de Lancie are in town hosting "The Music Of Star Trek" with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra this weekend. I'd have liked to have gone, but I completely forgot about it until this week. I could have gotten a ticket for last night's show from a friend who couldn't use it, but I never would have made it in time after work.

Right, I'd forgotten that he was involved in that.

I'd have liked to have gone, but it slipped my mind until this week. I could have gotten a ticket from a friend who couldn't use it for last night's show, but I would never have made it on time from work. And it didn't even occur to me today until I saw your comment (and gurudata's email on the concom list).

Yup. Apparently they were also doing an appearance at the Snail today, which one of my morning customers told me about and I promptly forgot.
