Friendships work both ways, not just when it's convenient for you. You say I don't have time for you anymore, but think about it. You're the one who will only see me when your husband is working. Other than that, it's husband time. So maybe I should see you around Kelly's schedule, too. It's not fair. Maybe if you made plans with me in advance, or cared to see me on days other than when Jack was working.
I love you and you know it, but just because you have a free moment doesn't mean I should drop everything to spend it with you. I want a life outside of you. Do you remember what it was like when you were my life? Not very fun for me. Maybe for you. But definitely not me. I'm happy. I wanna spend time with the person who makes me happy, just as you do. Try and respect that.
