COA-FOCKING-CHELLA
radiohead, the pixies, air, flaming lips, atmosphere, living lengends, hierogliphics, bright eyes, the sounds, THE CURE, stereolab,kraftwerk, phantom planet, beck, death cab for cutie, RHYMESAYERS, sage francis, BRMC, sparta, muse, le tigre, paul van dyk, crystal method, danger mouse, the killers, dizzeee rascal, section quartet, thursday, belle&sebastian, SAUL williams!
and thats just half the bands that were there. COACHELLA has been one of the best experiences of my life. seeping in sweat and dirt for 13 hours both days under 110 degree hot Indio desert sun, sharing the same passion for great music with 65,000 people. it wa sthe chillest vibe, you could talk to anyone there, hug anyone, spread the love, smoke each other out, it was just so peaceful at the same time semi hardcore. now that i'm back in reality, all i can do is imagine and dream of the memroies of that great week in SoCal. all i have to remind me is a CD someone left on our car in the middle of the night "welcome to the desert" and my sunglass/t-shirt tan i rock everyday since. i miss/love you(in a very collective sense).
everyone imet there rules. and see you all next year when radiohead MUST play again. haha. keep it mosdef righteous. updays.
