I know the chefs have been working on a special "set-the-mood" dinner menu to be served in our rooms while entertaining clients. They released it today, and um, I don't know, it seems a bit . . . over-the-top?

Cuisine de l’Amour

Appetizer
Prelude of Spicy Grilled Shrimp on a Pillow of Avocado Embraced with Garlic and Coriander
-or-
Serenade of Artichoke with Chèvre in Harmony with a Sweet Basil Essence

Soup
Tango of Green Asparagus Spears Velouté Flirting with Crispy Prosciutto Confettis

Salad
Ménage of Arugula, Pine Nut and Gorgonzola, Charmed by a Honey-Drenched Fig Dressing
-or-
Bouquet of Fresh Greens with a Corolla of Grilled Scallops and Pineapple Drizzled with Honey-Dijon and Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Droplets

Entrée
Rack of Lamb under a Blanket of Sun-Dried Love Apples, Seduced by a Rosemary-Garlic-Mint Sauce and Fleshy Vegetables On a Bed of Espresso-Potato Gratin
-or-
Salmon Filet with a Whisper of Herb and Garlic Butter, Snuggled in Pastry Sheet and Laid over Forbidden Rice and Carrot Circles

Dessert
Fantasy of Fresh Strawberries Caressed by Decadent Chocolate Ganache with Kisses of Chantilly Cream Aroused with Pernod

[OOC: Yep, this a real meal lineup, folks, from a romance menu served aboard a particular small-ship cruise line. Mun used to work for a travel agent publication and laughed hysterically when this press release came in.]
