from who i need to be...

for i have grown fat on
dreams and lazy from no
life in these eyes

i have lost my way though
it has never left my sight

i chase it and get no closer
so i have sat and watched it
dance ahead of me, just out
of reach, my arms atrophied
and burning from too much
laze and apathetic pass-offs

*sigh*

i will get there
